The century-old 'Schüre' farmhouse in the center of Therwil is right next to the newly created Löwenareal. The historically valuable building ensemble, consisting of a residential building and an economic part, is to be carefully renovated and the unused space converted into apartments. The later extension with a workshop is to be replaced by a modern living area. The new part will stand out in a modern way from the historical part.
