In the protected townscape, the barn on
Dorfstrasse, which was demolished due to the risk of collapse and is worthy
of protection, will be replaced by an apartment building. In the courtyard,
a shed will be replaced with a semi-detached house. While the replacement building
for the barn, which is worthy of protection, adopts and reinterprets stylistic
elements of the historic building, a modern semi-detached house is being built
in the courtyard. Only the location and the dark wooden slats are reminiscent
of the former shed.
