On the Talstrasse, which is also one of the access roads to the village of Arlesheim, will is a new commercial building with office space. Because of the high quality of the surrounding modern buildings, it was expected to achieve a high standard of design. The shape of the building arose from the desire that the building opens from the Talstrasse towards the entrance.
