The project competition for a new building for the city archive of Lucerne was a Swiss wide architectural competition. The assignment was to design a new construction for the archives of the city of Lucerne , including a later addition. The project is located on the grounds of the high school Reussbühl and the high school for adults in Lucerne-Littau. The project with the name “Wooden Box” aimed at creating a simple structure for the archives with the administration and visitor wing placed up front. The simple volume supposed to place the building carefully among the large school buildings.
