The villa, built in 1904, is under historical protection, and posed a unique opportunity to harmonise a modern design with a traditional house. The house received a complete interior renovation. The three bathrooms, three WC's and kitchen were designed to have a modern dialogue with the grand proportions, woodwork and traditional style.
